Maybe i should try and explain this a little better, I am trying to migrate the database multiviper to the multivi_per database these databases are on two seprate machines across a tcp/ip connection so the error is saying that the user multivi_per does not have the right to connect to the multiviper instance and migrate it. I think... I am able to login to both databases I just dont know how to give the user multivi_per the proper permission to migrate from the Database Multiviper....
Maybe i should the target database is 4.0 the source database it 4.1 ..
So is it possible to migrate between the 2 version on MySQL
