Re: Migrate database from MySQL 5.5 to 5.6
OK; what I did till now is that I used the "Data Import/Restore" feature to import my self-contained database into a new schema; then executed the "Migration Wizard", but I didn't know what option to choose on the "Data Transfer Setup" phase: Since I'm using a local database, I tried the third option "Create a shell script to use native server dump and load abilities for fast migration".
The operation failed with the error "Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: No).
