How to sort keyword relevance in the index file(.myi) order by revelance automatically in fulltext indexing mode?

In default case, the indication records for a keyword in the index file(myi) is ordered by the packed position of the row which contains the keyword. I want to sort it by the revelance of the keyword in each data row instead of position. How should I start my work?
Can anyone give some suggestion? Is it rational?
