how to find particular string from text column
hi all
i hv data like this in one text column.
|1st Assumable Loan:|Selling Agency:Yes|1st Balance:|1st Due:|
1st Assumable Loan:|Selling Agency:No|1st Balance:|1st Due:|
I need to find particular string like Selling Agency:Yes then hw should i search ?? like is not giving me exact distinct count.
shoud i use find_in_set ??
give me exact idea
