Generally, you use FULLTEXT indexing on textual columns containing more than a few words. It would be more efficient to use regular indexes on columns such as FirstName, LastName, and Job which only contain a single (or maybe two) words. In this case, your first query is whatyou would use, not FULLTEXT matching...
