Search based on the words

Dear friends,

Is there any way to consider two words as one.

example if I am searching for
1. ' "green apple" are sweet '
2. ' " green apple " are better then "red apple" '



1 search string : "green apple" are sweet
words present: (i) green apple
(ii) are
(iii) sweet .
2 search string : " green apple " are better then "red apple"
words present :(i) green apple
(ii) are
(iii) better
(iV) then
(v) red apple

in first scenario , it consider "green apple" are only one word while searching. that makes it has three words green apple , and are and sweet.
in second it consider "green apple" as one word , are is second word , better is third word ,then is fourth word and "red apple" is fifth word.

So whenever it does the search , these words will always comes together.

Do i have to write multiple match against clauses here ...
