Strange problem with full-text search

Hi all,
I have a table as follows:
Items(ItemId INTEGER, Tags TEXT, ....)
in which full text search index is applied on column Tags. I have seven records in the table in which 5 of them contains Tag 'Europe' and I am able to search using that keyword. Then in one of the records I added another Tag 'Germany' but now when I try to search using it I was not able to retrieve any record. This tag 'Germany' is present only in one record out of seven. Could anyone please tell me what is wrong?
