Hey I have this same problem as well. Foreign Keys are not showing up in the MySQL Query Browser. They show up in phpMyAdmin. They appear in SHOW CREATE TABLE table_name; queries. But they do not appear in the Query Browser.
Well I cannot say this surprises me very much because QB on OS X crashes all the time, but would appreciate someone looking into it.
OS X 10.3.9
MySQL 4.0.24
