Markus,

can't us use Ctrl+Z to undo your changes to the SQL query text? And, you can use Cltr+Shift+Z to redo changes.

Once the query is executed, you can use the back button to get to all queries you ever executed.

But I guess you meant during editing on SQL statement. Hope this is what you are looking for...
