Problem on starting-up

Can't create IP socket: No error
040903 23:01:10 Aborting

040903 23:01:10 MYSQLD-NT: Shutdown Complete

Can anyone tell me why when i want to start the server appears this message please?

By the way i operating on XP with command promt for mysql.
