myodbc_3.51.09: Problem using SQLConfigDataSource

When using the SQLConfigDataSource API in combination with the ODBC_CONFIG_DSN flag (which shows the DSN config screen) on an myODBC datasource, the API sometimes returns FALSE when it should return TRUE.

To reproduce: when the "Options" button is used to specify advanced options, and then "OK" is used to close the dialog (without first using "Back" to hide the advanced options), the API returns FALSE (indicating a failure), when in fact everything went OK. However, when the "Back" button is used first (which hides the advanced options), and THEN the "OK" button is used, the API returns TRUE.

This happens specifically with the .09 version, the .02 version does not have this problem (indeed, the .02 version does not have a separate "Options" and "Back" buttons, the advanced options are always visible at the button of the window).

Has anybody else experienced this? Can somebody from the mySQL team confirm that this is a problem, and that it will be fixed in a future version?
