Install MySql 5.0.1 and Acces Via PHP got this Problem?

I was succesfull install MySql 5.0.1 and work well, and I was try to acces this MySql via interface Sql YOG and done so well.

BUT everytime I try to access via PHP language always get this problem?

via adodb:

what must I do to fix this and whats wrong ??
