Hi Marco,
A bind address in the ini file normally indicates the IP address of the local stn, on which the server is running. You should not ever change it. The only thing that you can do is change it from the local IP of the LAN card on the server machine to 127.0.0.1 or localhost which are both valid and may be used as replacements for the actual IP of the machine.
