ISP has only one database -- I need three

My current ISP offers MySQL 4.0.15
They assign the database name to my dot com name e.g. mysite
They say "mySQL databases" (note the plural) in their advertisement.
My previous ISP had mySQL and allowed multiple databases.
I assigned the database names as mysite_firstdb, mysite_nextdb, etc.
I think the "Control_Panel" on the Linux server is the key.
What do I need to tell my current ISP ...
e.g. (how could I educate them) to configure for more than one database.
Thank you,
Gerard Gilliland
