I can start the server

hi everybody,
i have installed mysql server 4.1, but i can't start it.
When I type H:\mysql\bin\mysqld --console the answer is:
InnDB: Error: log file .\ib_logfile0 is of a dufferent size 0 10485760 bytes
InnDB: than specified in the .cnf file 0 5242880 bytes!
[ERROR] Can't init databases
[ERROR] Aborting
[Note] H:\mysql\bin\mysqld : Shutdown complete
Can u help me?
