Well Barry in ytour recent post you indicated that I could get this error msg. if I had started mysql 5.6!! So just how do I correct this and get a normal connection to the server?

"c:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\bin>mysql
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: NO)"
