Setup help

I installed 8.0.11, when I click reconfigure (MySQL Server), I get to Authentication Method with two options, Use Strong Password Encryption, or Use Legacy Authentication Method. No matter which one I choose, I don't get the "Next" or "Continue" button, I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong
