InstallerConsole for server fails. authentication plugin must be specified

Hello

Step 1. msiexec /i mysql-installer-community-5.7.22.1.msi /passive
Step 2. MySQLInstallerConsole community install server;5.7.22;x64:*:type=config;servertype=Server;openfirewall=false;rootpasswd=rrrrrrrrrr:type=user;username=aaaaaaaaa;password=bbbbbbbb;host=localhost;role=DBA -silent

Step 2 Failes with
MySQL Server 5.7.22 - An authentication plugin must be specified for new users.


Installer 5.7.11 never had this problem.

Please provide a solution. Even your 5.7 example in the docs wont work.
