Hi,

Can you please try to list your problems and answer these:
-- many, like:
* The SSL library function CRYPTO_set_mem_functions failed.
* Could not create server upgrade info file at '/var/lib/mysql/'.
* Can't find error-message file '/usr/share/mysql/errmsg.sys'.
* and other paths broken (from mysql to mysql-8.0)

What was your previous MySQL version?
-- 8.0.15

Which package format did you use: tarball or RPMS?
-- RPMS

What issue did you see with SSL library?
-- a lot!! I manually updated (to 1.0.2r)from sources: https://www.openssl.org/source/
and this solved errors not warnings(not criticals).

maybe, I will try to update to 1.1.1b on another environment not in production, and maybe fix other warnings with mysql
