When you go to that downloads/cluster page you referred to last, you get a drop-down menu for selecting operating system. What it defaults to depends on what OS you are browsing from. Select "Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Oracle Linux" and you should get a long list. Scroll past all entries for "Linux 8" and the first "Linux 7" entry should be the bundle you are looking for. At least that's how it shows for me.
