If you wish to use WB, download & install from
https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/
But before doing so, since you're just getting started, why start behind? Consider first upgrading from 5.7 to to MySQL 8.0, or since you've nio datam uninstalling 5.7 and installing 8.0.
