Problem with MyODBC 3.51.9 & NT4

Hi, I am having a problem installing MyODBC 3.51.9 on an NT4 workstation. When I try to add the new user DSN after installing the driver, it gives the error:
The setup routines fot the MySQL ODBC 3.51 driver ODBC could not be loaded due to system error code 126.
According to the documentation, NT4 should be supported. Any suggestions?
