How can I connect to remote MySQL server ?

Hi everyone:
I installed MYSQL server and client 5.0 on a computer named A .It works well. And I installed MYSQL Administrator and MYSQL Client center on anthoer computer named B ,to try to connect the MYSQL server on A. But it failed and returned error information as follow:
Opening connection to MySQL database
Exception: java.sql.SQLException: Data source rejected establishment of connection, message from server: "#HY000Host 'B' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"
What is wrong with it ?How can I fix the problem .I need help! Thanks a lot!!
