Problem, copying the BD (MYD,MYI,frm) from a server to another

Hi everybody, sorry that my english is not to good,
well my problem is the next:
i am copying a database from server 1 to server 2, but when i overwrite a database that has the same name in the server 2 the data lost, but when i do not overwrite the database and create a new one the data is ok, I need the database have the same name in both server, please help mee
