Updated versions of "Using the Ruby MySQL Module" and "Using the Ruby DBI Module" documents

I've posted updated versions of the "Using the Ruby MySQL Module" and "Using the Ruby DBI Module" documents, which cover the ruby-mysql and dbi modules, respectively.

The updates to the first document are fairly minor. The updates to the Ruby DBI document are more significant; it now covers features added to DBI 0.1.1, such as the ability to specify in the DSN that you want to get connection parameters from option files.
