Rails App Migration Issue [ Mephisto ]

Hi,
I am getting the error message while I try to perform the migrations
in SSH console of hosting service.
[ I would like to deploy the rails app on a shared hosting service ]

rake aborted!
Access denied for user 'irave'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
