Error building MySQL for Windows with Visual Studio 2015 Update 2

Hi,

I downloaded the source for MySQL 5.7.12 and downloaded Wix and Bison but I get:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuWin32\bin\bison.exe: m4: No such file or directory

when building from VStudio 2015 update 2...

What could be going on?
