Type std::shared_ptr required by CDK is not available

Visual Studio compiles until it gets to CDK/Foundation/Test/CMakeLists.txt where it fails with the warning:

"Type std::shared_ptr required by CDK is not available"

I am using Visual Studio 2017 and the integrated CMake build cycle.
