We offer Eventum in hosted form, software as a service, pay as you use format at
http://EasyHelpDeskHosting.com . Our users regularly ask us for user manual of Eventum. I have been extensively searching on net but have not found it yet. Is Eventum planning to release a Help Guide or User Manual soon? How can you expect more users to user Eventum without a 'How to' help?
