calls to mysql_server_init and mysql_server_ebd

Hi--

I'm wanting to bring my apps up to date to the new MySQL (I'm working with v. 4.10 right now), and the instructions say to call mysql_library_init, but in the function descriptions, mysql_library_init points to mysql_server_init, which isn't described anywhere that I've been able to locate. Ditto for mysql_library_end / mysql_server_end.

How might I find out what those routines expect me to do?
