At http://dev.mysql.com/doc/ I can find German documentation (also for MySQL 4.0) or you mean this one newer then Russian documentation?

I think at least you can move it to archive or notify about this one. I even don't though that it can be removed so as I know many people doesn't made a copy (in chm for example).

I personally havn't problem reading documentation in English but as I also know many people in my country have this problem. And I think in this situation outdated documentation (but in fact it's not outdated documentation but documentation for outdated MySQL version) better then nothing.

May be you can make this documentation available at least for a while?

P.S. On mysql.ru situated even more outdated documentation (for version 3.23.52) :(
