Kindly help me to clarify my doubts regarding the following

Though my new project is a web application, it is giong to be implemented in the local server of a milk society having maximum number of 3 client computers. The major transaction is the daily milk collection and it will come about 2000 records per day. So the appoximate records for a year is 365 * 2000 ie 730000 records. The existing system is in VB + MS Access maintaining separate database for each year and already having 7 years data. More over the accounting and other inventory transaction also will come as well. Kindly suggest an appropriate method in this scenario.
