create table INDIRIZZO (
MATR_IND char (6) primary key,
NOME varchar (60) NOT NULL,
CIVICO INTEGER unsigned NOT NULL,
UNIQUE (NOME, CIVICO)
) TYPE=INNODB;

Per poter definire le FOREIGN KEY le tabelle devono essere dichiarate INNODB.
