ho corretto la query:

UPDATE tab_conformres_bkup, tab_prodotti SET tab_conformres_bkup.listino3 = 3 WHERE tab_conformres_bkup.id_prod = tab_prodotti.id_prodotto AND tab_prodotti.cat_prod = 'id_categoria_interessata'
