Query 3 tabelle copiare i dati di un campo in un'altro campo

Boun anno a tutti... volevo sapere se c'è qualcuno che mi può dare una mano con una query ho un problema che vi illustro:
3 tabelle:
1a) Nella prima (posts_text) ho i campi:
post_id
post_subject < qui inserire contenuto di un campo della 2a tabella (topic_title)
post_text
2a) La seconda (topics)
topic_id
topic_title > da inserire in post_subject
3a) Tabella di correlazione (post) con i campi:
post_id
topic_id
Mi sapreste dire come dovrei impostare la query per inserire il contenuto di topic_title in post_subject?
Vi ringrazio anticipatamente e anche successivamente.
