Cursore con query passata come parametro

Salve,
in un cursore ho bisogno di passare l'intera query come parametro, qualcosa del genere:

CREATE PROCEDURE proc1 (sqlIN TEXT)
....
DECLARE cursore CURSOR FOR
sqlIN;


come faccio ?
