ERROR 1033 (HY000): Incorrect information in file: '.*.frm'

Hi all.

My database was working a short while ago, but now I am getting this error.
ERROR 1033 (HY000): Incorrect information in file: '.*.frm'

I don't know much about MySQL admin, and I don't have root access, so I am hoping that I can figure out the right thing to do and then I can ask the sysadmin please to implement the fix.

I've read online that this error is caused by the INNODB.
More specifically, I read:

> to fix this, go to your mysql datadir and
> see if the sizes of your innodb log files

I'm not entirely sure how to do this.
The sysadmin tried changing the innodb log size from 1M to 10M, but this did not work. I don't want to pester him any more until I can figure this out.

These are the stats of my operating environment. I don't know whether I should be looking at other stuff to diagnose?
Any ideas about specific steps that can be done to remedy the problem would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mitch
