I have problems with my INFORMATION SCHEMA, information data base, on one of my accounts, I need it

Im developer
Im have access trought PhpMyAdmin, but dosen´t works my consults, Here on my developer server works all consults could by something like the User
but I can´t manage de permissions for a user for the INFORMATION SCHEMA

Example CONSULT:
////////// SELECT * FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS WHERE TABLE_SCHEMA='nybpaint_nybpaintdb' AND COLUMN_NAME ='id_team' AND COLUMN_KEY='PRI' /////////////////

Thats work perfectly on my LOCAL SERVER, but online dosen´t work, anybody use that before and could make that WORK?
