Feature request LOAD DATA INFILE

Hi, maybe interesting feature to expand the LOAD DATA INFILE command with 2 optional parameters. SEEKSTART position, and READMAXBYTES....
This will allow better use of files. IE create large files that contain multiple "INFILE" sections whereby from each section its offset and length is know/stored/whatever.
