Recover MySQL Databases

Hi All,

I am using Windows XP OS in my computer..Recently my OS get corrupted and I have to reinstall my OS again. But I have plenty of MySQL databases created in my previous OS and I have just copied my entire MySQL Folder to a new drive from Command Prompt. Now I have again installed MySQL in my new Windows XP OS. How can I recover the databases in my old mysql folder and add it to the current mysql. I think all of you have got my question. I am not an expert in MySQL so please post your answer with some description so that I can able to do it well...
