Possible to log username with mysql-proxy?

Hi all,

i just found mysql-proxy and it looks really cool. I would use it in the beginning to log user access to our databases. There's a sample script for logging. The only thing i'm missing is the logging of the username that connected. Is there a way to use a lua script to do this?

I would appreciate any help on this topic.
