mysql-proxy-0.6.1-3.el5.kb.i386 from kbs-CentOS-Testing has depsolving problems

I'm getting this...
And tried a bunch of different ways to fix and also had mysql stop working but got it restarted.
So how do I get it to install?
Running:
mysql 5.0.77
CentOS Linux 5.5 Linux 2.6.18-194.26.1.el5.centos.plusPAE on i686
webmin 1.530
I know this isn't the newest version of mysql but webadmin isn't showing any updates for it. I may have to install it manually.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

before I was getting the libevent-1.1a.so.1 has depsolving problems.
But I have tried so many differnt things I can't remember what I did before I started getting the:
mysql-proxy-0.6.1-3.el5.kb.i386 from kbs-CentOS-Testing has depsolving problems
