Proxy fails to start - Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.CRT

Hi I get this error when i try to start MYSQL PROXY service.

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\Mysql Proxy\bin\mysql-proxy-svc.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.CRT,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.30729.6161" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.


DOES ANYBODY know where i can find this version of Microsoft.VC90.CRT version="9.0.30729.6161".

Every other version seems to exist but none works with the MYSQL Proxy mysql-proxy-0.8.2-winx32-x86

Please help it is urgent
