A MySQL database has no direct relationship with the docker instance. It exists only as a MySQL object. If it were possible to defeat that fact, MySQL would be useless and/or dangerous.
If your scripts run too slowly for your use case, the scripts may need to be optimised, and/or your MySQL instances may need to be configured for better resource use, and/or they may need more resources than have so far been provided. To get help with any of those possibilities, please post some details including enough script excerpts to allow readers some insight.
