Once you import a sql script with File -> Import -> Reverse Engineer, you
can use Model -> Create Diagram from Catalog Objects
or place the tables manually by dragging them from the Catalogs tree
in the sidebar and dropping to a diagram.

Database -> Reverse Engineer does the same as Reverse Engineer from CREATE Script,
but using a MySQL Server as the source. However it's a Standard Edition only
feature.
