And fill in the following details as requested on the denied page:
* E-mail Address (what you chose as your login name)
* Full legal name (no initials)
* Full address (no P.O. box)
* Full company name (no acronyms)
We'd be happy to do a manual check for you and get all this sorted out. Thanks
