one-to-n relations create logic

Hello.
I did not find any topic about this "usability logic" problem.
In DBDesigner (and in my logic) when you want to create a one-to-many relation (identifying or non) you have to select the "one" table first and then the "many" table.

In Workbench you have to select the "many" table first and then the "one" table.

It is possible to change this behaviour ? For me, when creating a ONE to MANY relation, it makes more sense to select first the ONE table and then the MANY.

Thanks for the time and sorry if it has already been discussed !
