Workbench performances

Hi,

I'm (re)evaluating migration from DBDesigner to MySQL Workbench. It seems very promising but I'm worry with performance issues for day to day work.

I find reaction time unacceptable on my laptop. For basic actions, such drag&drop a table, or even a click on a table to select it, it takes between 1s and 2s (edit table takes 4/5s) !

I suspect it's related with OpenGL, maybe you'll have some tips :-)

- Dell Inspiron 9400 / Dual Core 1.66GHz / 2Gb RAM
- Windows XP SP3
- .Net 3.5
