During synchronization process you will see a tree visualizing all changes that have been detected. It has two major columns (model & database) and arrows between the two.

The default way to sync is from model --> database. But by clicking the arrow you can change it's direction or ignore some of the changes for this sync.

Once the arrow points towards the left, model <-- database, the changes are applied to the model instead of the database.
