query on layout of elements in model diagram

Hi Folks,

I am a newbie to the MySQL workbench tool.

My main intention at the moment is to get an ERD diagram of my database , so that i can print it and stick it on my desk for ready reference.

I used the Import->Reverse Engineer MySQL create script feature to generate the model diagram . It works fine.

The problem is with the layout . I have many tables , around 40 , and the layout of the entities is not good . Many entities are laid on top of each other , lines are mixing causing confusion , etc.

This ofcourse does not make for good printouts. What would you guys recommend to be the quickest way to solve this for my needs? I have tried the Arrange->Autolayout way and it does not solve the problem either.

Thanks in advance.

regards
Taha
